Customers do not need an account to place an order with WEARELUV. You may browse the website and purchase products without creating an account.

To access and use the Services, including browsing the website or purchasing activewear sets, tennis sets, and accessories, you may be required to provide certain personal information, including your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all necessary rights and authorization to provide such information to us.

WEARELUV does not set a minimum purchasing age restriction. Where required by applicable law, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

WEARELUV may offer pre-orders. Pre-order timelines, expected availability, payment requirements, and delivery estimates will be provided on the applicable product page or at checkout where available.

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase products from WEARELUV. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order shall not be considered accepted until it has been confirmed by us. Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order is deemed accepted.

All purchases are subject to our exchange and store credit policy below, which governs eligibility for exchanges or store credit where applicable.

You represent and warrant that all purchases made through the Services are for your own personal or internal business use only and are not intended for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use unless expressly agreed in writing by WEARELUV.

The price applicable to any product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email or equivalent confirmation notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, import fees, or any other similar governmental charges.

Prices displayed on the Services may differ from prices offered through physical locations, third-party platforms, distributors, or other sales channels operated by or on behalf of WEARELUV. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers that may affect pricing. Such promotions may be governed by separate terms and conditions, and in the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.

You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing, payment, and contact information for all transactions made through the Services. You further agree to promptly update any information, including email address, payment card details, billing address, and expiration dates, to ensure proper processing of transactions and communication regarding your orders.

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You represent and warrant that all payment information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete; you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method for the transaction; all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and you agree to pay all amounts due, including the listed price of products, as well as any applicable taxes, shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, or additional charges where applicable.

Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of transaction records, invoices, and these Terms and Conditions for their reference and records.

Section 5 - Shipping and delivery

WEARELUV ships worldwide. Shipping and delivery terms apply to product orders. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days within Lebanon and 5-7 working days for international orders, unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be delivered by local courier, DHL, or another suitable shipping provider depending on destination and service availability. Tracking information will be provided where available.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or interruptions caused by carriers, customs, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs, or additional charges.

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, epidemics or pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable once the event has ended.

Section 20 - Governing law

Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for WEARELUV. These Terms, and any separate agreements under which Services are provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and WEARELUV agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.

The most current version of these Terms is available at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Services.

Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Refund, cancellation and exchange policy

WEARELUV does not offer cash refunds. Approved cases may be handled through store credit.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

WEARELUV accepts exchanges only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and be returned in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, and other intimate activewear must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

Exchanges may be accepted for wrong size, wrong item, or manufacturing defect. Sale items are exchange only. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to WEARELUV's mistake, such as a wrong item or confirmed manufacturing defect caused by us.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving store credit or exchanges. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging may be refused.
